About Me

Raising Cooperative, Compassionate Kids — Together

Hi and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Whether you’re a preschool teacher navigating classroom dynamics or a parent trying to foster cooperation at home, Thriving Early Educators is here to support you.

This space is built for the grown-ups who are shaping the youngest hearts and minds — those working with children ages 3–5 during their most formative years. Together, we’re not just managing behavior…

We’re helping raise the next generation of kind, respectful, and responsible citizens.

Why I Started This Blog

I’ve spent over ten years in early childhood education, and I’ve seen it all — from power struggles to peaceful breakthroughs.

Along the way, I realized something important:
Teaching cooperation, empathy, and respect doesn’t happen by accident. It takes intention, tools, and teamwork between families and educators.

This blog was born from a desire to bridge that gap — to help teachers and parents work together to create calm, connected environments where kids can truly thrive.

What You’ll Find Here

At Thriving Early Educators, I share:

  • Positive behavior strategies that work both at home and in the classroom
  • Practical routines and systems to reduce chaos and increase cooperation
  • Real-world examples from my own teaching journey
  • Encouragement to help you lead with calm, clarity, and confidence

This isn’t just about managing “difficult” behavior. It’s about guiding children toward being helpful, thoughtful, and socially aware human beings — in ways that feel doable and realistic for you.

  • Parents seeking tools to raise kind, independent little humans
